Should your electric massage table stop operating, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@naturalliving.co.uk and provide us with your order number, pictures and a video of the issue and an explanation of the issue.
If your electric massage bed is still within warranty, we will work with you to determine if defective part is covered under your warranty and arrange repair or replacement.
If it is out of warranty, we will do best to assist you by sourcing a spare part for you to purchase.
