Natural Living will deliver your purchase to your home or office as soon as possible after the receipt of your order. Most often the product will be in stock and will be dispatched to you the same-day if ordered before 12 noon (weekdays). Otherwise, your order will be dispatched the next working day. We use a next-day courier delivery service.

Some items, such as REM Couches and Salon Furniture, are made to order and these can take between 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Some items have to be imported to order such as Salli Saddle Chair and HAG Chairs and these can take 14 to 28 days for delivery.

Some products can be temporarily out of stock and we will the let you know the delivery timescale after you have placed the order or you can email us before you place the order for an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times stated on our website are a guideline only and do not form a contract.

A courier service is used for most deliveries - their delivery times are Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm.

We will automatically email your online parcel tracking information to you 1 day before delivery. Our couriers will send you an SMS text message on the morning of the delivery (provided you have given us your mobile number when ordering). If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver - they will put a card through your letterbox so that you can than contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time/day.

Delivery Charges

£6.95 VAT incl is the standard delivery charge for most parts of mainland UK. Orders with a total value of £100 or more have FREE Standard Delivery.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. On rare occasion, we may need to contact you after you have made your purchase to clarify exact shipping fees.

Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. 

Free delivery over £100 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands): Orders with a total value of £100 or more have FREE Standard Delivery. Orders under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95. Saturday and Special Request delivery available upon request.

Scottish Highlands and Islands: Delivery costs vary according to the size and weight of the parcel, especially palletised products. We may need to contact you after you have made your purchase to confirm exact shipping costs.

Northern Ireland: A delivery charge will be added to your order in the checkout with the amount of £29 for small items. Large items and palletised products will have a higher delivery cost and we will contact you post purchase to clarify any extra fees you will need to pay.

Isle of Man: A delivery charge will be added to your order in the checkout with the amount of £39 for small items. Large items and palletised products will have a higher delivery cost and we will contact you post purchase to clarify any extra fees you will need to pay.

Jersey and Guernsey: A delivery charge will be added to your order in the checkout. with the amount of £39 for small items. Residents can claim VAT exemption in the checkout. Large items and palletised products will have a higher delivery cost and we will contact you post purchase to clarify any extra fees you will need to pay.
