Customise Finishing

Logo Embroidery

Height Adjustment
Pump the footrest bar to raise the height to the desired position. Lift the footrest bar to lock the chair in position. Press and hold down the footrest bar to allow the chair to return to the lowest position. Ensure the chair is in the lowest position before allowing anyone to sit or stand up from it.
Backrest Adjustment
Pull the handle backwards to move the backrest to a reclined position. To return it to an upright position, remove the weight from the backrest and pull the handle backwards. Do not lean back with full force so the backrest does not suddenly drop.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
For general cleaning, use a damp cloth for light soiling and a mild detergent for tougher stains, avoiding heavy use of strong chemicals. Promptly address spills and test cleaning methods in a hidden spot first. Seek professional help for stubborn stains. Non-oil-based stains like dirt or food spills can be cleaned with warm water and gentle soap, while oil-based stains like ink or grease require solvent-based cleaners over larger areas.
