REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.

To clean surfaces effectively, use a damp cloth with mild soap. For tough stains, mix baking soda and mild household cleaner to form a paste and gently scrub. Avoid using acid, abrasive cleaners, or steel wool pads as they can cause irreversible damage. Rinse well after cleaning. Recommended household cleaners include Clorox, Formula 409, Dawn, and Windex.
