REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.

To clean effectively, use a damp cloth with mild soap. For tougher stains like coffee, create a paste with baking soda and mild cleaner, scrub gently with a nylon brush. Persistent stains may require bleach or acetone on a cotton ball, rinse and dry well. Avoid abrasive cleaners, drain cleaners, and rust removers. Rinse surfaces well after cleaning to prevent damage.
