REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.

Use warm water and gentle soap for non-oil-based stains, solvent-based cleaners for oil-based stains. Specific stains have unique treatment methods. Recommended cleaners: Clorox, Formula 409, Dawn, Glass Plus, Favor, Fantastik, Windex, Lestoil, Pledge, Lysol, Mr Clean, Top Job.
