Base Options
Choose from 2 base options: 5-star base in black or quadra base. Select your preference in this product page when placing an order.
- Prior to seating, make sure the pump is lowered and the chair back is upright.
- Caution against standing on the footrest while the customer is being seated.
- Advise customers to avoid placing their feet on the footrest during seating to prevent tripping hazards.
- Adjust the customer's height using the pump before reclining the chair.
- Lock the pump pedal (kick it upwards) before beginning any treatment.
- Before reclining, adjust the headrest to support the customer's head comfortably.
- When reclining, ensure the customer is well-supported to lower the back at a comfortable pace.
- Remind customers not to operate the recline lever themselves.
- After treatment, return the chair to an upright position and lower the pump before the customer gets up.
- Caution against standing on the footrest while alighting from the chair.
- Advise customers to keep their feet clear of the footrest when getting up to prevent tripping hazards.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
Use damp cloth for light dirt, mild detergent for tough stains. Avoid strong chemicals. Test cleaning methods first. Seek professional help for stubborn stains. Use warm water and gentle soap for non-oil-based stains, solvent-based cleaners for oil-based stains. Specific stains have unique treatment methods. Recommended cleaners: Clorox, Formula 409, Dawn, Glass Plus, Favor, Fantastik, Windex, Lestoil, Pledge, Lysol, Mr Clean, Top Job.
