REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.

- Use protective covers or couch rolls with REM couches.
- Choose good quality brushed cotton fitted sheets.
- Avoid using industrial cleaners on the massage table.
- Wash the massage table with mild soap and warm water, then pat it dry.
- REM fabrics are not tested for repeated heat cycles, so avoid using heat blankets and oils.
