What do I need to provide if my item is broken/defective?

Should your item be broken or defective, please provide us with the following information via email at info@naturalliving.co.uk: 

  • Order number
  • Pictures & Videos of defect
  • Details regarding the defect
  • Your contact details

Our team will then assist you as best as possible in checking if your item is still under warranty or finding a spare part. 

Should you find damage or a defect when your order is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours with the information above.
